All refunds should be initiated by customer within 3 days from the date of subscription by mailing to admin@simaametrics.com with his/her registered mail address only. Please allow at least seven (2) days to refund the amount. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
